• Take 1 minute and register your email, name and contact information with a Mexpert Representative. That way we can contact you when one of your referrals contacts us. Also, so that we can contact you to provide your referral bonus when your referral purchases.

• Refer your friends, associates, brothers, sisters, neighbors - you get the picture, anyone who you think might be interested in one of our properties or our services. If that person eventually purchases a home through Mexpert, you will earn a $2500 referral bonus.

• We will send you a regular report on the local real estate market and what we think are the best opportunities. You can simply tell your contacts to contact us or you can forward our email to them.

What your referrals have to do:

• Let a Mexpert Representative know that you referred them - so that we credit you properly.

• Purchase a property with or through Mexpert.


What Mexpert will do:

• As our referral partner you will receive a regular Mexpert “Featured Picks” to highlight for you what properties we have for sale that are unique and a great value.

• Contact you when one of your referrals contacts us.

• Contact you when one of your referrals completes a sales transaction (closes on a property).


Referral Network Terms and Conditions:

1. The Referral Network Program can be terminated at any time and at the discretion of Mexpert Real Estate Marketing and Sales.

2. Referral Bonuses are paid once a sales transaction completes and 100% of the commissions due to Mexpert are paid.

3. Mexpert reserves the right to evaluate any disputes and or conflicts between Referral Network Partners.
